Bill O'reilly: The millions of illegals working on farms etc. You don't have a squad or a crew going after them?
Sessions: No, you are correct. That is not where ICE is focusing its efforts at all.

There's gotta be a way to make this work!
Damn straight!
And right this effing minute!
I want it ALL and I want it...NOW!!!
And if Sessions and Trump don’t personally, themselves, even if they’re in their PJs, enforce every single damn law right this minute, tonight, they’re traitors!
You convinced me.
I always love that picture.
Kipling said something similar:
As the dog returns to his vomit and the sow returns to her mire
The Fool’s bandaged finger goes wabbling back to the fire.
And some kind of medication to calm down. Or a long hot tub soak with a few drops of lavender oil, that works well.
Did you REALLY think Trump was going to keep his campaign promise? He was going to rescind the Obama directive on Dreamers on Day 1. What happened?
It’s sad to even see us freeps buying into this. The dims love it when they see they can create havoc among us. At least they stick with their guy/gal thru thick and thin.
That is bs. You are the biggest supporter? If that is the case you should be bitching about the back log of appointees that have not been approved. If you want things to go faster it only seems logical to get things staffed appropriately
Not correct, you do want to advertise that any new crime will result in deportation. The whole point of keep 10-20 million illegals under control is to tell them they will be watched and deported if they don't comply will all other laws. The alternative, picking up 10-20 million people in no particular order is quite frankly stupid.
At some point Obama’s illegal DACA program becomes Trump’s illegal DACA program. It has no basis in law and was something Obama dreamed up.
For me that time came when the number of illegal aliens given work permits by the Trump administration passed 10,000.
It’s now Trump’s illegal DACA program.
We’re talking about Jeff sessions and he is not and never has been an apologist for illegality.
De facto amnesty.
Yeah I need a hearing check thanks for the recommendation.
“Im not tired of winning yet.”
I guess I’m a little different in my thoughts. We didn’t “win” anything. The problem with our language is that it can be twisted. By slowing another four years of the socialist threat to our land, we just have the current time to fix our problems. If another socialist is put in charge in four years with the intention of destroying this country like Clinton and Obama, we will be right back into the same problems we have now with them having the opportunity to do exactly what they want.
I’m a firm believer that the libs have learned the way of their future with things like executive orders that Obama used to by-pass congress, making treaties with other countries without clearing anything, and using the threat and actual action of pardons to keep people free in their best interest. So you have no control over them, no say in it as the media will shut you down, and they can’t be held accountable for what they do as they can be guilty as hell and spend five minutes in a half way house (resort) and then be pardoned. Or you can go the whole rounbte and just say the libs flat ignore what’s right and the laws they don’t want.
The things you wish to see changed are not the ones I wish. I don’t want the president being able to create laws and policy without congress. That’s why they are there and are the checks and balance of the people.
I don’t want the president to dictate overseas actions without congress. Look at the Iran and Cuba deals, the one in Iran causing them to go nuclear in a few years and a direct threat to our allies in the region. I want the pardon system to be taken from government and given to the experts, if there is such a thing, in the prison system. And with that, if a appointed law professional violates or is caught lying intentionally, jail. Do not pass go.
And most of all, I want the media to be held liable for the lies they write and punishable for intentional misleading.
I would like to see the laws of this nation actually enforced. If you harbor a criminal, you go to jail. If your state openly defies this law under Title 8, you lose all your federal funding. All of it except for individual funding like social security. Let’s see you pay your welfare bill now. And when your criminals are on the street from your liberal judges or lack of funding to jail them, we’ll see who starts the vigilante groups to overstep the government and the underpaid police.
And all of these things need to be made law so that can’t be over ridden by an executive order. We are past the stage of kindness and work ability. We now are at war with ourselves. And it is up to this new government to not only fix it, which is what you are displaying, but to fix it so it can’t happen again which is imperative for our future.
I guess the public isn’t really seeing what is happening. Everyone on the right complains about all the people coming into the country, most illegally. But they are not asking our lib government why they are coming when we are being so accomodating we are making our country just like the one they left to create a third world country here? they should.

I actually agree with everything you said. I was being a bit sarcastic as I believe we haven’t had a single win yet. Not a lasting one. I’m of the opinion that with conservatism losing the republican primary, and the current climate on sites like this, former bastions of conservatism, that the country has turned to an unavoidable and irreversible decline. Trumps election merely delays the inevitable. We’re still heading toward the abyss.
Gorsuch, should he prove solid, would be the first true win. How many times have we been burned on these appointments though? Only time will tell on him.
What this country needs is a president and congress on the same page doing what’s right rather than what they feel can change things.
Gorsuch: It always seems a bit futile to speculate about how a Supreme Court nominee will behave down the line. Roberts is a good example. He was touted as the conservative savior and he has twice voted to protect the Health Care Act on things that were so obvious they were ridiculous.
So in his efforts to keep politics out of the court he has slammed it in by trying to meet half way. Believe me, the libs are not going to bend until they are broke and they don’t care who gets hurt.
We need to determine what the purpose of the supreme court is before we allow it to be prostituted out for causes that should have been determined by law at lower courts if they are doing their jobs applying laws, then the higher court should never see them. After all, they only actually hear about 9 cases a year.
If you want to get an interpretation as to what a law says, ask an attorney or judge in your town. That’s why you elected them. After that, if you want to change a law, talk to congress. In the meantime, it is a law, follow it, That’s how the system was designed. Or is that part of the design being ignored also? Looks that way because courts don’t dictate law. They have to follow them too.
