I guess I get confused when the ICE program is not geared to all illegal aliens that illegally cross the border no matter what the did when they arrived here. Just by crossing the border illegally, they are a criminal.

Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts
Any alien who:

(2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or
(3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 8 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 8, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
So why are criminals that violate our laws being looked at any different than criminals that violate our laws? And how can anyone determine what laws are okay and what laws aren’t when they all are laws? They all should be deported as they are caught and anyone that harbors an illegal alien is subject to criminal prosecution also under title 8.

Farm workers are not central to the illegal immigration issue. Illegals are here on welfare, they are contractors, cooks, laborers. Concentrating on farm workers would be about the stupidest thing I can imagine. Farm workers tend to be seasonal migrants.
