Agreed. He's sincere, but not infallible. He really is the only one has the innate strengths and experience to take down this beast, but the swamp is vast. It covers the entire globe. The weirdness of the entire election process screamed open miracle, Divine Orchestration. That didn't change with Ryancare or a tweet.
Infuriating as he may be or appear to be, the President also has the entire assembly of hell pressing down on him to squash him like a bug.

All Ben Garrison has to do to update the look of his swamp beast is to read the first three verses. Not all tradition is wrong. After all, the beast *is* the global empire establishment. Seven heads but all of the same corrupt mindset down through history.
Devin Nunes jumping out of an Uber vehicle, clandestine meetings, every building and gadget seemingly bugged... I don't think we can even begin to wrap our minds around what we *don't* know.

the swamp thing is ok, but really, how do you drain a swamp that fights back?
but the other metaphor that comes to me is the “eye of the storm.” perhaps it’s useful.
the hurricane rages around you, it’s just shear power, but not well focused. thanks to help on the ground, you’ve been able to lift off in the eye, but now you’re flying blind, no way to even track the storm you’re in. you’ve got no real help from any one now but God to navigate out of the storm, much less through it. you have to stay in the eye and wait for the storm to spend itself, while you survive. but one critical mistake and you’re in the storm being ripped apart.
if you sit tight, follow the eye, and the storm dies down, you can perhaps communicate, at that point you take a risk and make a simple, uncomplicated run to beat it out of the storm. successful, you can reach your destination.
so far, Trump’s trying to do way too much flying by himself in the full power of the storm. overconfident, or spinning his wheels, he’s successfully flown in smaller storms before, but not this the mother of storms, it’s just too big to take head on.
he needs to let go and let God work. do simple things that minimize the storm’s effects on him. don’t try flying directly into it, yet.
or even a zen approach: he needs to become the storm. flow with it.
either way, head on is not good. taking shots to deliver shots, not good, either.
