President Donald Trump continued to nurse a grudge against the Freedom Caucus as he lashed out against the ultra-right wing of the Republican Party on Twitter Monday, while also promising cooperation from the Democrats on health care.
Earlier Monday, White House spokesman Sean Spicer suggested Trump might turn to members of the Democratic Party to overhaul Obamacare and the U.S. president seconded that notion on Twitter Monday night.
Trump said the Freedom Caucus of the GOP, known as a particularly right-wing segment of Republican lawmakers, snatched defeat from the jaws of victory after Trump-backed health care legislation was pulled off the table on Friday in an embarrassing moment for the party.

The way some freepers (and President Trump) are carrying on about the Freedom Caucus, I guess they would rather that we had left Eric Cantor in office so that they could have passed Rubios amnesty in the summer of 2014 to get the issue off the table as planned to clear the way for Yeb! and there would have been no President Trump.
Donald does not trust the FC. He met their initial demands and they immediately asked for more. You don’t cross him like that
I happily voted for him, but attacking conservatives — who almost unanimously supported him — is not only stupid, but will alienate his most supportive base.

Did the Freedom Caucus just pull the Republican Party back off the ledge, before it jumped to its death? A case can be made for that.

Yeah, it should be much easier to get support from the Democrats when you want to do something that is overbearing and unconstitutinal.
Slanted story to play up a so-called division in the ranks of republicans.
The President always straddles the fence while prodding the members to move in the direction he campaigned on.
Never forget the President is an outsider first, and that most of Congress is bought and paid for.
Democrats aren’t going to help him.
Although I can understand his frustration, because the GOP doesn’t seem capable of doing anything.
Good thing Trump doesn’t need their votes for his agenda.
I have a bad feeling Trump is going to feed us another shit sandwich with NO repeal! He thinks one of his rallies will pacify us why we get screwed over.
This is a mistake with long term consequences. The far right backed him in his bid for the Presidency. The RINO’s he’s in bed with now all opposed him.
Not likely.
Donald does not trust the FC.

But that’s no reason to start trusting the Democrats.
I support Trump on 99% of the issues but badmouthing the real conservatives in the legislature is not one of them.
Trump is very much Gary Cooper in High Noon.
Trump going after the Freedom Caucus this way is REALLY starting to PISS ME OFF what the HELL is he thinking!!! HE PROMISED REPEAL not half assed repeal, or sort of repeal, he PROMISED ripped up by the roots repeal!!!! I watched EVERY rally and this IS wat he promised!!! Trump NEEDS to STHU or he is going to lose his base!!!!
Lyin’ Ryan is the snake.
More than half of the elected GOP do not want to help him either.
The Freedom Caucus represent his supporters and he should stop before he drives them away.
No doubt the media will play up any division, but Trump's tweets aren't helping him, healthcare or the country.
What demands did he meet?
