Well I’ll tell you what - this past 1.5 hours has been the most fascinating time I’ve spent since Election Night.
It’s amazing to be sitting in a conference room with Sheriff Joe, hearing this discussion which is not a lot different than many FR threads on these topics. Especially their cynicism over the extent to which we now know as “the Deep State” will do to protect itself.
A quick check did not turn up an obituary for Dennis Montgomery from Seattle, so hopefully he is still with us.

If the alphabet agencies have backdoors on all computer hardware and software, why would they need The Hammer to brute force 1 billion passwords a second? And most email accounts lock you out after 3 or 4 tries.

Ah! This story appeared in a Phonix paper to attempt to discredit and debunk Sheriff Joe’s “Seattle Operation:”
It identifies the guy on the tape who was acting in Montgomery’s behalf as billionaire Tim Blixseth, whose ex-wife worked with Montgomery.
Take it for what it’s worth but this link includes an email from Carl Cameron saying that the promised informatino was not forthcoming and basically calling Montgomery a fraud.
I’ve just skimmed it but apparently the investigation that we hear being discussed here did happen, but unravelled and nothing came of it. The bigger question is why, and why now is this back in the spotlight.
At 1:02 Sheriff Joe says Cameron will never run the story in 2015. He was correct. I guess that was then.
As other Freepers have suggested, it’s likely due to the facts that Donald Trump is the President and Jess Sessions is his Attorney General.
