Unless I mis-heard Hannity (possible - I’m not a regular listener, and often can catch only bits and pieces), the Freedom Caucus was pretty well cut out of the crafting of this thing. My impression (of Hannity) that I did hear was that all along, Hannity complained about the process and that too few were involved.

That is what I heard—and I have been listening regularly.

Hannity also was promoting an entirely different concept—a non-insurance based medical practice called Atlas out of Kansas...A doctor Umber I believe. People pay minimal amount per month for unlimited care and then get a major medical policy for a major surgery, etc. Pharmaceuticals and lab costs less w/o insurance middleman. Hannity tried to get traction for this out-of-box approach, but Ryan did not seem interested from what I could see. Seemed like a great idea!

Ryan used his “Better Way” program as the model, and I heard he had some professor from California who worked on Kerry campaign as an advisor :(

Hannity was very critical of the process...said that everyone should have been brought to the table before the bill was publicly rolled out by Ryan.

That's because Paul RINO and his merry band of RINO dummies were busy meeting with insurance company lobbyists who were actually writing the Bill. That was eventually locked behind closed doors in the basement where no one was allowed to take a camera or other device (hmmmm .. sounds like "we have to pass it so that you can find out what is in it" to me ..).

But yeah .. according to a lot of dummies around here, Ryan was still "the good guy" and the Freedom Caucus are just a bunch of DimocRAT-loving bastards that forever ruined their lives.
