When someone wrongs you by breaking the law, it is not your call whether or not they are to be prosecuted. It is the call of those charged with upholding the law. Otherwise, we’d have the agents of alleged perps strong-arming people into not pressing changes.

Nope...I'd never do it.My sister lost her 18 year old daughter to a drunk driver years ago and to this day if I ever run into him (I still live in the next town over from where it happened) I cannot promise that I won't kill him (he,obviously,survived).
