The judge called the Psychic Hotline to determine what Trump was “thinking” by issuing the travel ban.
The judge billed taxpayers for the call.
Judge Watson is n amazing man.
He heard the case and deliberated it’s merits, researched prior casework and precedents, read and studied the casework and then wrote, with citations, a 47 page decision all in the space of a few short hours
I wonder if Obama did not have this ready and just handed it to the judge.

I would close the points of entry and put troops in the international airport. There is plenty of Coast Guard around Hawaii and it is a part of the Dept of Homeland Security so they can board all the vessels wishing to enter port and turn around all those tourist dollars before they tie up.
The state can let anyone in it wants but they have to pass official U.S. muster first. Better pitch some tents out on the tarmac. No one that is not a legitimate U.S. citizen will arrive legally in Hawaii through a Federally controlled point of entry.
The President has this authority.
