After closed door meetings with FBI Director James Comey on Wednesday, top members of the Senate Judiciary Committee looked grim and rattled and refused to divulge the contents of the meeting to reporters.
At around 5 p.m. E.T. on Wednesday, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) faced reporters but revealed little about their meetings with Comey.
This briefing was all on sensitive matters, Feinstein said, and highly classified and its really not anything we can answer any questions about.
Comey has been at the center of multiple controversies lately, from his decision to make a later-discredited announcement about Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clintons email server in the days before the 2016 election, to whether or not his agency is currently investigating Donald Trumps campaign for allegedly colluding with the Russian government.
Comey was asked by Democratic Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (RI) and Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham to state by Wednesday whether his agency is actively investigating the Trump campaigns ties to Russia.

Maybe Mr. President is holding the “Trump Congress” card. I just hope they aren’t making stuff up to harm the president.
Is Grassley a good buddy of McLame and Grahamnesty? Perhaps they were “bad boys” and he found out...
Bummer.
It is important to understand that everything the White House, CIA, NSA, and U.S State Department does is approved by these eight members who are accountable to the U.S. electorate. These eight representatives are the intelligence oversight check within the constitutionally established check and balance inside our federal government
People...this is how its works... the power that be
Will blow up big time any thing that hurts Trump
And minimize anything big time that hurts Obama
So unhappy faces = nothing on Trump and/or stuff on Obama= report to publice.. nothing found yet but still looking for dirt on Trump
They are looking for the splinter in Trump eye they can make a beam
But find the beam in Obama eye they have to make a splinter
I wonder if there was any talk about ordering pizza?
Warner not in Gang of 8 according to Sundance
Pedogate is going to break and Schumer is in deep dodo. Senators don’t like it when other Senators get caught.
Maybe he showed them pictures of themselves on Epstein's Island.
Comey knows who ordered the surveillance aka colloquially termed ‘wiretap’ and it’s a good bet it’s McCabe.
McCabe and his wiretap is just the tip of the iceberg covering a giant Muslim-oriented spy ring.
There’s an enormous story the democrats and some republicans are trying desperately to distract from by throwing out diversions.
Grassley’s a straight shooter. If this was really a serious matter, he wouldn’t have handed the mic over Feinstone to create a moment of drama. More FN.
Wiki says Warner in Gang of 8 not Feinstein
Maybe there was a change
Well, we know it is not about Trump because they all say he has not been investigated.
If he has been investigated, he has also been surveiled. But they maintain he has not been surveiled. So there.
Ok... which way?
.
Grassley disapproves of McCain and Linda’s grandstanding. Grassley has had angry faceoffs with McCain several times over the years.
I missed it, what did the Judge say?
Gallows. Followed by cremation and scattering ashes in the oceans.
Ugh. Schiff, Feinstein, Peolsi ... I have more trust is the average adolescent delinquent than I do in those professional liars.
You have an excellent point. Private plane to Saudi or Iran in Zero’s future - hopefully for a long stay. Notice that Michelle is not around.
Feinstein was replaced
