In Mississippi we had tranny sentenced to life in prison for killing a “patient” with silicone butt injections. I’m not sure if it was that case or another one, but in at least one case the illegal doctor was using silicone caulk like you’d get at Home Depot.

In all fairness, have you ever tried to read the back of a caulking tube? Damn near a novel. I just look for interior or exterior, never really looked for buttocks..could be there.
