You can’t be transgender any more than you can be a unicorn or a sorcerer. You are born male or female. Period.
the correct answer is “You have all the rights that everyone else has- what we will not cave in on though is SPECIAL rights that coddle your mental illness- You WILL use the bathroom of the sex on your birth certificate- You are free to Think you are anything that you like- but you are not free to force everyone else to ignore scientific facts and biology”

The meeting at the Education Department came two weeks after the Trump administration rescinded Obama-era guidance that instructed schools to let students use trees, litter boxes, birdcages, and other facilities in line with their stated species identity, not just restrooms that match their assigned species at birth. The decision was strongly condemned by civil rights groups, who said that it would harm already highly vulnerable students, but it was applauded by conservatives, who said the guidelines violated the safety and privacy of all other students.
“Cruel and harmful! Students who identify as pigeons should be allowed to perch on a statue to do their business,” said Captain Flint, a well-known trans-parrot advocate.

Why are we not celebrating mental illness and reinforcing the delusions of these sick children? It is cruel to make weak people face reality [Which is also why we coddle liberals who are not yet ready to hear who won the 2016 presidential election.]

You can be more feminine or masculine though, which doesn’t mean you are the opposite of the sex you were born, it means you are a feminine male or a masculine female.
Nano (top, born a female human) is a trans-cat, and Boomer (bottom, born a male human) is a trans-dog [no, I'm not making this up]. It's perfectly normal. See, there are others, so it must be normal. They all deserve special rights because they are just as normal as everyone else! And if you don't agree, then you're a racist, prejudiced against the canine race, anti-feline, or otherwise a bigot.

Note to Betsy DeVos:
Out of sympathy and compassion to “transgender” students, schools SHOULD make some accommodations, which should be single-person restroom and locker room facilities for the “transgender” student, for the moments they need them.
There, problem solved, with compassion and empathy for ALL the students.
Isn’t that how it’s done?
Yes, to the rest of us, it does appear to be attention seeking behavior (Munchhausen’s) and the need to feel special rather then to feel real and or normal. And it’s amazing the anger some of these folks can show when they are denied the desired recognition they crave from others, because the others aren’t able nor willing to buy into what they perceive as fantasy or mental illness.
