A woman who found her husband and another couple having a threesome and allegedly shot all three of them to death has been sentenced to 29 years in prison.
Crystal Gambino, 43, found her husband, Giovanni Gambino, 42, in bed with Geoffrey Glen Gilliland, 33, and Stephanie Lynn Sanchez, 33, in the North Carolina home she shared with her husband in February 2016. She then grabbed a .44 Magnum and a box of shells before killing all three, WYFF.com reports.
“We believe they were all three shot inside the house, in a bedroom, and then one of the victims, the female victim, was moved outside,” Gaston County Police Capt. Curtis Rosselle said.

My experience with a .44 mag was that there was little kick, I suppose due to the mass of the gun itself, but it was a pain to hold up after a couple of shots. The thing needs wheels and a lanyard. i haven’t tried the .50.
Yep. And just because he said “the most powerful handgun in the world and can blow your head clean off”, the model 29 with the 6 1/2 inch barrel more than doubled in retail price, nearly overnight.

You've gotta be kidding me. I'm an average size man with average size hands and shooting a S&W mod29 .44 mag is much easier to shoot than my S&W mod19 .357mag.
As far as home security is concerned, I’ve found the best defense is an aggressive inside dog. An aggressive interior dog always gives you the upper hand.
I grew up in a NE city where everybody kept their dogs indoor. I had a dog all my life inside.
Here in Texas, it’s different, you need outside dogs too.
There is absolutely no way EVER someone could sneak up here without us being completely ready.
In Sudden Impact he used a .44 Automag, a different cartridge based on a cut down .308 to make it rimless to feed in an auto.
Not only that, but Smith did everything they could to make .44 Mags. I’ve seen a Smith .44 Mag from that year marked Mod. 57 in the frame (.41 Mag). They grabbed every N Frame part they had.

Women don’t care as long as it sparkles and shines.
They used the 'N' frame for the 27, 28, 29, 52, 57 and 58. The frames already had the serial numbers stamped and when they assembled the gun, would stamp the model number.
But innovative fellows could come up with all types of conversions. I've even seen the 28 converted to 44 mag.
