I'd have bought you dinner had I'd known your were a grocery run away. I think Laz lives in the ATL area, too. I hope mega-developers keep their snouts out of this region. Property taxes are low, utilities are low, and a 20-year-old kid making $25K could buy a 1 or 2 BR starter mill home around here for as little as $20K. And if you live outside of municipal limits down here and aren't putting a hole in someone's wall, the cops are very forgiving about you running some lead through the barrels of your guns on your own property. One last bastion of the American Dream in those regards, I suppose.
