I am now open to the delicious possibility that the Trump campaign KNEW about the surveillance and used it to their advantage by using their phone calls and e-mails to give out phony information to the eavesdroppers.

They gave too much credibility to Trump communications that were saying things like

"Texas is no longer ours...it is in play."

"We're gonna lose Wisconsin big"

"PA is NEVER gonna vote us."

If true that would be most awesome. Maybe the Russians actually told Trump about wiretapping when they learned about it from the DNC server. That is the reason they’re obsessing with the Rooskies. I think it goes beyond that. If the Trump campaign was deliberately feeding disinformation to people in the Obama administration through this surveillance, they were probably engaging in all kinds of conversations about what Trump was going to do to undermine Hillary Clinton after he lost the election. LOL.
