I had a gay cousin who later died of AIDS. He never came out as gay but it was abundantly clear to all of us. My dad was adamant when he told me to NEVER leave my 2 sons alone with him. He always said “I don’t care how kind he is or that he’s family, keep those boys away from him”.
What parent would just leave their child, male or female, alone overnight with someone they didn't very know well?
These pedophiles look for circumstances where they have opportunities to molest kids. The parent is not doing their job if they just willingly hand their child over to potential predators.

Some “parents” think children are a) a burden, b) property or c) exempt from this. They don’t really think; they feel it’s fine.
Then, there are the real parents who would lay down their own life to protect their children.
