Probably not all of them, but I would guess most of them could be tracked.

Even the Romans, Greeks, Chinese & Japanese tracked major earthquakes and dated them. It’s debatable whether these are accurate enough or not, but there are well documented major occurrences. Like the New Madrid Earthquakes of 1811-1812.

Come on, look at the map for the 2000s. At least half are out in the ocean somewhere. The Romans and Chinese never tracked these, and the Japanese--maybe if it resulted in a tsunami.

Many others are in diverse places not inhabited by ancient civilizations like Antarctica, the Aleutians, South Pacific islands, New Zealand and Africa.
