Only need one to be NBC. Doesn’t matter where an American is born, he is an American.

Incorrect.

1. Both parents NBC only works if they were married at the time of the birth ...

... and ...

2. If only one parent was NBC and the child is foreign-born, that parent must also meet a US residency requirement for the child to be NBC. This is why it was necessary for the Demoncrats to make up the fairytale of King Ubama’s Hawaiian birth, because his mother spent too much time globetrotting in pursuit of radical communist Africans to impregnate her to meet the residency requirement.
