After losing the presidential election in 2012, Mitt Romney disappeared. The only evidence he still existed came from random sightingsat a movie, a gas station, Disneyland, Costco, McDonalds, etc. Romney posted a Thanksgiving photo on Facebook and visited the White House on November 29, 2012 at President Barack Obamas request. He then completely dropped off the face of the earth between December 9, 2012 and February 27, 2013.
It wasnt until about this time in 2013 that he spoke publicly in an interview with Fox News, after which he disappeared again until people began asking for his opinion on the 2016 presidential candidates.
Losers of past presidential elections have also left the spotlight immediately following campaign losses. (snip)
The same cannot be said for Hillary Clinton. The day after the election, Clinton was photographed with a supporter. She gave her first post-election address just eight days after losing. (snip)
Clinton has also been tweeting regularly. Well, someones been tweeting from her account, because some are signed -Hillary or -H to signify theyre actually from the former candidate. Each time Clinton, or someone, tweets from her account, articles are written. The account tweeted on Inauguration Day and in support of the Womens March (though none were signed from Clinton herself).
Clinton recorded a video message weeks after the march for the 2017 Makers conference, telling participants the future is female.
Who needs men?
And remember, you are the heroes and history makers, the glass ceiling breakers of the future, Clinton said. As Ive said before, Ill say again, never doubt you are valuable and powerful and deserving of every chance and every opportunity in the world.
Well, so long as youre a woman who holds liberal viewpoints.(snip)
Forgive me if I dont value the opinion of a twice failed presidential candidate.

It’s pathological with her.
Without political power, she has no life. Literally no reason to exist.
Quite sad in a way.
That looks more like Sen. John Cronyn to me than Bubba.
Notice their example of a disappearing loser is Romney. No mention of McCain, who is a loser, but won’t disappear.
Now that I look at it again, I think you’re right.
Yeah Ben. That’s it! The first time I saw that, I took a melatonin at bed time.
My dreams were like Fear Net.
Crazy eyes, scowling, baring her teeth, grimacing—just radiating hatred.
That is one twisted sister. Just thinking of ‘Irma Grese’ in the WH makes me shudder.
Oprah isn’t a leader. Oprah is a crier.
Those others losers didn’t stand to lose tens of billions by strip mining the assets of countries after they’ve overthrown the rulers.
Perhaps she needs some gentle prodding by the DOJ.
I remember hearing her say this, apparently her supporters do not.
Actually, she did.
Re-distribute 200,000 votes over the three critical states of MI, WI and PA and she wins.
(Of course, that cuts both ways...Trump was pretty close in MN and NH).
I’ve never really interpreted her as being in to the emotional stuff that she sells to others. Perhaps that’s wrong.
I just saw her as someone at the head of a substantial and serious media empire who communicates to tens of millions of woman in a way that makes them feel...I don’t know...somehow incredible.
I always saw her as extremely business savvy. Perhaps that is not the case. If that’s true, then she would not be that formidable.
You know, I think that really is “the question”. A LOT of men voted for obama.
Then a bunch of those men voted for Trump.
That’s how Trump won.
Can oprah win them back? IDK. Probably not if the economy prospers.
But she would be MUCH stroner than hilary I think.

Democracy, the lowest and most tyrannical form of governance, is a danger to freedom, and organized society.
Fortunately we have a representative republic, the highest form of elective governance.
