Their voter ID system is quite sophisticated and has gone a long way toward cleaning up what was once a notoriously corrupt election process.

Saw a segment on Univision or some Spanish-language station showing the process. The registrars book has a color photo copy of the voter’s ID card. They check for signatures to make sure your twin isn’t voting. Much more thorough than anything we have. It’s almost as if they care who votes or not.
