Real scholars in action. For most of those “students” the University is a free place to eat, shelter, indulge in drugs and carnal needs and just hang out. The fact that state government universities systemically violate the constitutional rights of people with speech codes and no go zones must be overlooked and condoned to avoid riots and disruptions.

These laws extend to all colleges and universities under Title VI. This includes that:
(iii) Subject an individual to segregation or separate treatment in any matter related to his receipt of any service, financial aid, or other benefit under the program.
(iv) Restrict an individual in any way in the enjoyment of any advantage or privilege enjoyed by others receiving any service, financial aid, or other benefit under the program.
Blacks do not mind racism at all, as long as they are the ones who can mistreat others.
