Sounds like a sanctuary city. So why are these illegals bitching about this? They get free food, clothing etc..
So get a list of their supporters...tack on the tuition, meal card, books, etc, of the illegals to their tuition bill. Let them demonstrate how loving and caring they are. If it’s that great of a cause, then they won’t mind paying for it themselves.
