A woman has been arrested after she did cartwheels during her field sobriety test, police say.
Bryelle Marshall, 23, was arrested and charged with battery, aggravated DWI and for an expired license plate after her vehicle was reported seen driving recklessly.
Officers say they found Marshall asleep behind the wheel of her parked car over the weekend in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
They woke Marshall up and asked her to step out of the vehicle. Police say appeared to be extremely intoxicated and was having a hard time listening to the officers' commands.
The incident was recorded by one of the officer's body cameras.
A DWI officer was giving Marshall instructions on how to complete the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) to which she responded by laughing and doing cartwheels in front of the officers.
The officer then attempted to demonstrate the tests to Marshall when she completed another cartwheel and struck the officer in the back.
At that point, Marshall's opportunities to complete the tests were over and she was arrested.
Agree.
Heck, being paralyzed
one one side, it would
be very tough to pass
a field sobriety test.
Cartwheels are things
in my dreams. (P.S..I
don’t wear panties).
If she had taken the keys
from the ignition they
“don’t have a leg to stand on”
I don’t know what the laws
would be concerning the
newer vehicles utilizing
a key fob.
sleeping over the weekend; must have been reallt tired.
Isn't she a regular nightly Fox News contributor/analyst?

I do know why it took so long to arrest her. She is a cute performer.
Didn’t the song of the song in that clip get nabbed for a DUI?
She was beyond annoying. Her parents must be so proud. Hope when her lawyer got her out, he took her straight to rehab. What a waste of a future.
The cops should have arrested her after the first giggle. But with them under constant scrutiny, they have to prove they went over and beyond.
Yeah, I think there is too much pressure on the cops because of the anti-cop crowd. I think he knew the ultimate outcome anyway, and was just being extra-thorough because of all the cop-cams they are forced to wear now.
She will be OK ... I’ve done dumber stuff, just not in front of Cops or reported in the Media.
Shame is these days ya can’t shake it off and move on, you are saddled with everyone knowing forever that you did something stupid.
My Dumb stuff for example usually starts with “BS, I’ll show ya ... Hold my beer and watch how it is done” and only my Medical Record knows for sure, just how Stupid I can be.
Today I endeavor to persevere and refrain from doing any more stupid things that Cops or Media may find interesting and the older I get the easier I find to accomplish that very noble endeavor.
