Furthermore, London was a socialist. Though he jealously protected all he had, he did not think others should have their own (typical socialist). Also, London built several homes and businesses in the area. To say he would not like what he sees may be true, but he certainly was a participant in it happening. In any case The Call of the Wild is one of my favorite books.

Valley of the Moon winery used to be a kick to visit 30 years ago!
The good news of that tie up on 12, south east of Santa Rosa is it keeps away the throng from getting up into the Dry Creek, Russian River area I love to visit, or used to love to visit when I returned to Cal.

Oh, yes, socialist. That does not mean he isn’t a good writer. I enjoy his writing very much. Certain works, if you read them with a Marxist/socialist view show who he really is.
