Stunned by today’s press conference? So were the broadcast and cable news network anchors who led special coverage. Here’s what they had to say right after Pres. Trump finished his remarks:
ABC: “What a remarkable window into the state of mind of the President of the United States right there.” – George Stephanopoulos, 2:12 p.m. ET.
CBS: “Well, a remarkable news conference…” – Scott Pelley, 2:12 p.m. ET.
NBC: “Pres. Trump concluding an hour and 10 minute long session with reporters in the East Room…” – Lester Holt, 2:12 p.m.
CNN: “Wow, what an amazing an hour and 15 minute briefing by the President of the United States.” – Wolf Blitzer, 2:13 p.m. ET.
Fox News: “Wow. Well, all righty then, that was some press conference.” – Melissa Francis, 2:12 p.m. ET.
MSNBC: “Well, that was a doozy of a press conference.” – Katy Tur, 2:12 p.m. ET.
I have a little more in-depth take on it:
That’s what he kept telling them - you’d do a lot better with the people, your ratings would be a lot better if you’d just report it straight. I can take an article that makes me look bad, better than most. But the lies, the constant tone of hatred hatred hatred.
That little homo is more concerned about what’s going to be going in his mouth than what comes out of it.
In reality, it was an address to the citizens.

No, that moron READS THROUGH A TELEPROMPTER. When he’s off mic, it’s usually “ummm” “ahh”. So much for that fake ass Harvard degree.
I haven’t watched that sh*t head since he said on Live TV, “The US should F***ing NEVER torture anyone!” Almost in tears.

Not only mocking the reset button but he was pointing out the double standard of the way it’s Russia is so bad now but they didn’t think Russia was so bad when she was hauling around stupid plastic reset buttons and selling uranium rights.

I think you are correct, he went above the media’s head and talked to the people and trashed the media in the process. The self-centered media is too stupid to realize they had their butts handed to them or to arrogant to believe anyone would listen to the President even after an amazing upset election.
Eventually they might figure out how easily they are manipulated and stop covering Trump’s pressers, then Trump will resort to Twitter or just making a statement available on Youtube for the people to view without media commentary. He is a very smart man and continues to make the democrats and their PR wing the MSM look like fools.

I was watching Major Garrett, after Trump spanked his ass. Major sat in the front row, head hung low, his face was red and his ears were burning. He pretended to jot something in his notebook. (I know the feeling well, I’ve been on that kind of receiving end, and it ain’t fun)
