In Illinois the down staters wouldn’t lift a finger to defend Chicago. Most of us can’t stand that $#ithole!!
OK out of the list that I posted up from the article, they’d have to split the States between red & blue zones.
Its understandable considering they reversed the course of the Chicago river so that they could ship their sewage and slaughter house run off down the Illinois river and make it a downstate problem!
