This is the Sicilian pizza we bought as a treat when I was younger. The local bakeries made it. Now I make it at home, like most of the types of pizza above. I LOVE focaccia.. I make it at least once every 1-2 weeks. Love it to soak up all that extra tomato sauce after eating my pasta.

LOL! I actually bought mine new, about five years ago. Maybe you’re right about it coming back.

There are also a lot of neat gadgets for making the kind of fancy sandwiches that ladies used to have at their bridge parties in the ‘fifties and ‘sixties. But I usually find those in the thrift store...
