The complexity of biologic life points to a designer.
1 in 10 to the 146th power for the simplest protein required for life alone to appear randomly. We are not random.
Genesis I makes no reference to a “designer”, or to any notion of “design” for that matter. Creation is by fiat, “Let it be so, and it was so.” ... like that.
In my mind, not so very incompatible with evolution, which after all, merely arranges things into a schema.
Why should it be so? Or indeed, how could it be so? Human life, particularly in the form of grandchildren, remains beyond the reach of scientific explanation, which is all that need be said.
that probability is beyond the realm of it being possible- beyond a certain point, and it’s no longer possible- and that is just for one ‘evolution’ into a single cell- one positive mutation to occur in higher species- etc- considering that we are made of many billions of complex cells, and considering hte4 fact that as you pointed out it would take that astronomical probability to create a simple protein correctly, lie absolutely does point to an intelligent designer- not to mention that it’s biologically, mathematically, thermodynamically, chemically impossible for life to have evolved- It takes a tremendous amount of faith- blind faith- to believe life could have arisen from a soup of chemicals-
No we are not random. Neither is earth. Astronomers scramble to find another similar planet with the ideal conditions necessary to support human life, and try as they might, they can’t find a single one. It is either too hot, or too cold, or not enough water, or oxygen content is too high, or too low, etc.
No, this planet was designed just for us.
