I have watched Rachel Maddow about three times.
She seems to think of herself as a crack investigative reporter uncovering all sorts of “facts” about Republicans.
Her rapid fire,angry delivery of these “facts” is hard to watch.

They never want to address the contradiction of a supposed “ignorant” person that made himself a billionaire, in a very competitive field and difficult market, and flies around in his own 757, or finances his own run for the presidency.

The hysterical behavior of the media and the far left (pretty much one and the same) is going to backfire very badly. People are tired of it after a rancorous election and they just keep doubling down. More people are beginning to ignore them and few agree with them.
I think most of us thought it looked bad for the GOP in 2008/2009. Objectively, it looks far worse for the DNC at this moment in time because Trump made in-roads into the traditional DNC base and the left is doing nothing to win them back.
Despite the ridiculous stream of negativity we are subjected to in the media - Trump is winning. What is the DNC message? Unity? Inclusion? Multiculturalism? Big government? Weak defense? Transgender rights (whatever that is supposed to be?), mass immigration, no borders, high taxes, more regulation, radical job-killing environmentalism, and the list goes on and on. Trump is beating them on issues that count and instead of focusing on the voters who abandoned them, they are moving left to placate their base as the media cheers them on.
I still cannot believe the miracle that just occurred and frankly it is getting better and stronger every day because they are crippling themselves. It is amusing to see many establishment democrats pointing out the same thing, but Pelosi and Shumer are not listening.
