I don't know what's more depressing, the teacher's lousy judgment or that she's sitting in jail over it.

These are high schoolers we're talking about.

Still doesn't make it right. There's a reason there are age limits for drinking, smoking and age of consent laws. In addition her behavior is totally inappropriate given the context, especially after stating that boys at 14 were essentially men. How else can it be interpreted other than a semantic invitation to sex?

Lousy judgement?? You have students in HS as young as 14. It would seem you are saying it was wrong for her to be arrested.

You think this is OK no big deal?? Implying that because they are high schoolers, they have all seen naked women...and it is just poor judgement.

For years, when stuff like this happens and teachers cross the line. The perps are then quietly let go and hired by another district to repeat the cycle. I for one am glad this was caught on social media and she is stopped from exercising “lousy judgement.”

Glad you were not principal where my kids went to high school.
