Its not just AIDS which is of concern. Its great that we are better at AIDS detection now than years ago. But active homosexual men are prone to a whole host of health issues besides AIDS. This is classic cherry picking. Yes we have a much better handle on AIDS and HIV tainted blood now. But thats nit really the issue anymore. What about all the other issues involved with homosexual men???

I might guess that you are hinting at some form of Hepatitis for which there is as yet no reliable blood test - but for all I know, you might be referring to hemorrhoids.

I was referring to other sexually transmitted diseases, which could be tainting the blood supply if homosexual men donated blood.
