I’m from Townsend, TN and I have seen buzzards around here all my life...They have always been around farming communities....
I’m not talking about just buzzards. We have them everywhere in East Tennessee. I’m talking about lots and lots and lots of buzzards. I’m talking about the sky being full of them .I’m talking about a single big oak tree with twenty or so come to roost for a night.
They are weather related. They move in here for a few days to escape bad weather to the north. They might stay a week before moving on.
