If you look at Trump’s actions, they are reversions to policies and laws undermined by Obama’s EOs, and do not create new de facto laws. Even Judge Napalitano was not concerned with what Trump has done to date.

The only way now to return the Congress's prerogatives and powers to their Constitutionall place is for the STATES to do that Article 5 Convention while the dictator in charge is amenable.
