Ivanka Trump's father may have just become the most powerful man on earth - but it was her baby's achievements that she decided to celebrate on Wednesday. She posted a video on Instagram showing the 10-month-old Theodore crawling on the carpeted floors of the White House just one day after she showed off his immaculate new nursery in Washington DC. Ivanka wrote: 'There were so many incredible milestones this past weekend -- including one for baby Theodore who crawled for the very first time in the White House!'
Ivanka soon got on her hands and knees, wearing a black turtleneck, with skinny black trousers and pointed flats. She paired with the sleek outfit with the same headband she wore to attend a national prayer service on Saturday. Ivanka called her son her 'monkey', sat down on the ground next to him, and said: 'Do you want to do it? You ready? I think he's ready!' She enlisted her daughter Arabella, and told her to encourage Theodore as she marveled at her baby and said: 'He's moving!'
The first daughter also shared a bedtime photograph of her youngest son Theodore inside his immaculate new nursery on Tuesday. 'Goodnight!' she wrote alongside the image of the beaming baby who sat upright in his crib for the snap. A white and grey monogrammed pillow with his initials, TJK, rested behind him and two throws had been folded over the side of the crib. The nursery was also decked out with a boat print wallpaper, a blue velvet sofa, and a charcoal grey, paper mobile.

That pic warms an old mans heart. I hope her hubby appreciates just how damn fortunate he is to have her in his life.
True. One of my children never crawled. Instead he rolled across the floor - very funny to watch. Did I worry? No.
Before he was a year old he held onto furniture to pull himself up, just like other babies do, and started walking within the "normal" age range.
From her Wikipedia page ...
Before her wedding, in July 2009, after studying for over a year with Rabbi Elie Weinstock from the Modern Orthodox Ramaz School, she converted to Orthodox Judaism and took the Hebrew name "Yael".
I can’t imagine that he doesn’t. I hope that they have a home filled with children. :)
The little budding Klan member is obviously a prop to put out there to rack up even a yuger lead in ....WINNING.
Heck, I doubt it’s her child. He was dumped by that same stork that dumped Trig into Palin’s lap.

(mmmmmmmmmMAGA!)
It’s still a traditional Christening gown, regardless.
Try not to be mean-spirited.
Looking forward to Purim.
That was my first thought too.
It’s pretty sad when we hold prior presidents is such low esteem that we worry about what residue they left on the carpets.
/8^)
BRING IT !
Those are some seriously beautiful kids!
Yeah - and the rugrat is drooling all over that nice carpet. Our carpet - I helped pay for that!!!
Although I guess it is better than cleaning up after Bill Clinton. Or Teddy Roosevelt’s son’s horse!
Back in the good ole days, I started walking at 7 months. My doctor would go to medical conventions and tell other doctors. He had to quit saying anything because they said it wasn’t possible. My older daughter was the same age. Her sister took her first steps 2 days before she was 7 months. Guess we have always been in a hurry. The firsts are thrilling and to have firsts in the White House is even more so.
True, that.
Did someone just learn a new vocabulary word? Why would a child’s nursery NOT be immaculate?
I think that one of the first things Trump that did was replace the carpet. Thank goodness.
LOL (literally :-))
That sounds like my oldest. When she was 10 months she would just pull herself up on the furniture, then a couple of days later started taking steps. Never crawled.
It does look like a vintage christening gown.
But Ivanka and Jared are Orthodox Jews....I do not believe christenings are part of their traditions.
Adorable.
It could have been for a Naming ceremony.
