Article I § 2 of the United States Constitution gives the House of Representatives the sole power to impeach (make formal charges against)
Okay, what charges. But remember, the standards for impeachment are for The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, and they can be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. So find me a high crime. Good luck.

Repubs have 52 seats, 9 are up.
Though Dems just need to grab 2-3 Repubs., they must keep all 23 seats that are up.
In the House, Dems need to pick up 24 seats.
