I finished up some week-old meatloaf over at my parents’ the other day. I Salisbury Steak-ized it with some pork gravy from a jar. With leftover mashed potatoes, too.

I'm training my palate, and stomach, for when the SHTF...

(And, I'm currently reading "Combat Ready Kitchen", about how the US DOD is influencing consumer processed foods with their own needs for stable, long shelf-life MREs in one form or another.)
