excerpt:
'Allo 'Allo!, which made light of the Nazi occupation of France, ran on BBC One from 1982 to 1992. It was written by David Croft and Jeremy Lloyd.
RIP.
I will only say this once: RIP
Farewell to the bravest man in all France.
Bummer.
I loved that show.
Back in the seventies and early eighties I thought. British comedy was funny. Monty Python fawlty towers and a few others were a hoot. I liked this one too. After a while they put more sitcoms on PBS. They were pretty bad. What they have today is mostly PC liberal crappola. I stopped watching public TV years ago. The wife still watches. I get a glimpse every now and again.
No longer funny.
