The Clintons are already plotting their comeback, a new report details.
Hillary Clinton is looking for a path to return to the political fray, as both she and her husband, former President Bill Clinton,
examine how the former secretary of state suffered the most surprising, epic political defeat in recent memory, Politico reports.
Despite the grave disappointment, resilience is in the Clintons DNA. So, while I certainly dont expect to see them trying to assert their authority,
I think there will be natural and welcome opportunities for them to engage, said Mack McLarty, Bill Clintons former chief of staff.

Resilience is in the Clinton’s DNA???!!!
More like wanting to see their grandchildren have a next birthday because people they promised to sell America to want a refund and are coming for them to kick a$$ and drink iced tea and we are all out of iced tea!!!
Hillary et al. need some serious psychiatric help, IMO.
It’s all set up that the foundation will pay into their commissary fund while they’re in prison. :)
I wasnt surprised and I dont see why anyone was. Here is why I think she lost.
It was obvious to me that Hillary was not inspiring anyone. No one was coming out to her campaign events. She wasnt holing press conferences. She was collapsing at events, cancelling events and cutting events short.
Too many people found her distasteful and condescending. Rumors of her ill health were too well founded to be ignored. The claims of corruption involving her Charity were too convincing.
From early in the primary campaign I never gave her a chance. Once Clinton won the primary I was pretty confident that Trump would win. I really didnt think it would be even close.
Don’t let them keep dirt from Arkansas in their
coffins and it won’t be a problem.
The great thing about grifters like this is they
don’t know when to stop.
Others might disagree, but I thought Hillary looked fine at the inauguration. And did at other times during the campaign, such as the last debate. So the question of whatever is clearly wrong with her health is all the more popular puzzlng to me.
Surround yourself with self absorbed yes men and suck ups doing anything they are told in quest of that brass ring, and you will never get to know what people really think of you and your politics.
The Clintons can’t stop. They owe too many paid for favors to too many people. Like a shark they must keep swimming or die. The only way to stay out of jail is to keep on running for office.
Should have been “all the more puzzling.”
Do we knock the Clintons out of this by putting Mrs Bill in the dock? or do we calculate that they will keep the Democrats from finding a comeback path ?
Well, they somehow have to earn/scam a paycheck. They were counting on the government housing in DC and that did not work out.
She looks OK at times but I have definitely seen and read of health problems.
My guess is her Dr. is giving her something to temporarily keep her active.
They’ll both need a stake though their heart to make sure.
Oh....just....go....away...
if you weren’t living in her ass or were part of the uniparty groupthink it wasn’t that much of a surprise.
ed and mack still desire clinton paychecks.
Although I read Ed Klein’s ‘insider’ books with some skepticism, the information regarding Hillary’s health had the ring of truth about it, not least because of the 9/11 collapse (which reverberated around the nation and the world despite a desperate, determined media blackout) and the obvious visual evidence of a shapeless, haggard, shambling figure who could barely manage 30 minutes on her feet and whose robotic movements only reinforced the notion she was ill. Age, obesity, a long term sedentary lifestyle and the open secret of her heavy drinking and you have a disastrous combination.
What concerns me then and now, however, is the tendency on all sides to forget the precarious state of her health. In our case the euphoria of Trump’s win and the vanquishing - by anyone - of the Clinton slime factory have shortened our memories. The lefties have made some pro forma attempts at claiming a rigged election but their lack of enthusiasm for the job is evident.
That doesn’t stop me from asking: what if she had won? The strain of the campaign would have been exactly the same. Her gilded White House cage would have made a nice convalescent center but someone that poorly, regardless of party or ideology, should have no business making decisions large or small, especially regarding military actions, national defense, terrorism, etc. Obviously the media would have moved heaven and earth to give us a 21st century FDR and wouldn’t have given a thought to her fitness for office. Maybe I’ve got a bit of PTSD after a quarter century of watching her baseness of character but I still have frequent ‘daymares’ about a Hillary presidency, especially the Potemkin variety.
California governor’s up for reelection in ‘18.
They like her so much, let her pack up her carpet bag and run for governor there.
