Interesting, sad video. The young man was patient and calm. The lady was proud and upset. The husband was wimpy and tried to defuse the situation. The steward said, “Too late.” The policeman escorted the lady off the plane. The passengers applauded. Rule of law has returned to America. I saved this video as an artifact of the Obama years.
It was really fortunate that there was an experienced crew on board and that the Captain sent back word to have the passenger removed. In fact, judging from the FA's initial reaction, I would guess they had probably been briefed on this exact scenario before they even started boarding. That would have only escalated into a physical confrontation once they were in the air. Can you imagine having to sit next to that psycho for 6 hours??
My experience is that there is a 50/50 chance that pilots will prefer to not get involved, as it requires writing up reports and meeting with Chief Pilot afterwards, so they were lucky to get a Captain who was willing to back up his inflight crew.
You can even see the body language of the gate agent visibly change the second the FA comes back and says, "Captain says remove her." It's not fun to get into these situations and to not have cockpit backing you up...been there, done that.
Why aren’t the lefty douchebags protesting the 2,000 drug dealers 0 just pardoned?

Bingo, that is what needs to start happening. They harass us, we get it on video, and then we start outing them in the real world. No more hiding in shame, they push, we push back.
Even if her FIL did die she’s still playing the Victim Card.

Notice how she immediately played the “victim” card when she was told they were going to throw her off the flight.

I have known or have had associates who have wives like this women.
A bit younger, just as shrill and horrible.
The guys are basically afraid of angering their wives. I get the sense the wives are pissed that their husbands are such wimps.
I only know of one who finally divorced his hag of a wife. It cost him a fortune, had to sell a home in one of the most exclusive parts of Boston but he is now happy and free.
