Of course the many scandals will involve his name.
Maybe right off the airplane they MIGHT hold up traffic, MAYBE, if the local police decide to hold a big parade. But otherwise, you go from having every street closed for you to maybe a two car detail for the first couple weeks. No big traffic issues; there will be more local media vans than there will be security.

Pretty easy, can't be on the same hole, one of the club representatives will hold back golfers, or encourage others to speed it up, or step to the side to let the former president play through. Not a big issue.
