California Class Action lawsuit demands halt to all iPhone sales in state until Apple implements means to prevent texting while iPhones are in motion to prevent texting while driving. This ignores passenger texting, texting while riding on trains, busses, planes, etc. Not very well thought out suit. It blames the device for misbehavior of the drivers. — PING!
