They all do that. Anytime I’ve tried to use the e-mail link on the government web page for anyone who is not specifically “my” rep, I get that error.

I think there’s a zip code field on the email contact. The phone however is a different story.

whenever i send a email to my rep...must put in zip code. easy way around that look up zip code for that area and put address as 189 First Street. every town must have a first street, or main street.

It’s been a while since I tried calling on any issue, but IIRC, the call goes through person who routes the calls from constituent to relevant rep.
