Yes, the video is hilarious. I bet the guy is an actor and Tucker was onto him from the beginning. I believe he even called it ‘performance art’. The bits about Peyton Manning and the bits where ‘Dom’ corrects Tucker’s pronunciation of Tullipso (’it’s too-yip-so, the double L is pronounced like a Y’) cracked me up!
