I'm thinking that Jugears will pardon Bergdahl because he KNOWS it's the wrong thing to do for America, and especially for the morale of our military men and women...

It’s always possible, but less likely. Manning was already convicted and this was not a pardon, but a commutation. While a fairly foul act, Manning has been in prison for a while. Commuting the sentence is a payoff to both anti-war progressivesand the LGBT crowd and cements his “legacy,” which is all he cares about.

Bergdahl has not yet faced trial. Pardoning him is much more likely to reflect poorly on Obama in the short term, so I consider it less likely.
