Excellent

According to the Worldcat library database, the book is available in some academic libraries. If the San Francisco Public Library returns it to its collection, it will be the only public library west of the Rocky Mountains—and probably in the world—to have it.
If you’re determined to read the book, it is available for free online on the Internet Archive. Project Gutenberg may also have a copy available online for free.
“George Washington’s library book returned, 221 years later” The book ol’ George had checked out in 1789 was “The Law of Nations” by Emer de Vattel. Don’t let anyone tell you the founding fathers didn’t know exactly what they were doing requiring POTUS to be a natural born citizen.
