I’ve known a couple guys like this — the money is great I’m sure, but more than that they just get addicted to the high-speed lifestyle while serving in special ops units and can’t let go of it.

There is nothing new about this. Executive Outcomes was flying Pilatus PC-7s with mounted air-to-ground rockets.
It is cool to see 40's technlogy with modern weapons. Will someone bring back the P-51 or the Corsair?

in play as well. The latest festivities began in 2014 but the entire affair is a result of Hillary Clinton's "experience" as Secretary of State - "we came, we saw, he died." What she might have done as President is terrifying.
