That’s stupid for many reasons. Such a practice will reduce production and efficiency in the workplace. Some couples are better off spending the work day apart for a few hours.
The men will feel that they have no say in how they spend their workday.

I have never known French men to need to be FORCED to take time off work.
pretty soon here in the USA men will be able to ‘self-identify’ as a ‘pregnant mother’ in order to get maternity leave-
