Well, the US doesn’t like dynasties. That tends to speed up the taking of action on conflicts. Something like the US Civil War would never have happened in Europe between peoples of that similar a culture. This hyper freedom model can slop over into excesses, but it’s also very pregnant to corrections (viz. the Donald).
