It is the lack of respect for human life that is the problem. When a society no longer supports Christian values, it loses respect for human life. Then, you have people, like the Son of Sam (David Berkowitz), who think a neighbor's dog ordered them to kill. Without Christian values, you have a news report or you have a black Labrador retriever telling you to kill. It does not make any difference. Islamist extremist lop off heads at the drop of a hat. Obviously, they have NO Christian values.
