Not a fan of oysters, but can tolerate them baked and hidden in fun, distracting flavors.

I am crazy about oysters, but don’t like this dish either. I like them raw with lemon

I like clams and mussels, but for some reason I do not enjoy oysters, regardless of the preparation.
To: Mount Athos
Ditto! I can eat raw oysters by the bucket. The only way to eat oysters!

I like my oysters raw - no lemon, nor any sauce on the side.

Oysters form the core of my high protein/low carb diet. I love them raw, grilled, smoked, Rockefeller or pretty much any other way.
I’ve recently discovered they’re pretty tasty with Buffalo Wild Wings Thai Curry sauce and Caribbean Jerk sauce.

Can’t find raw oysters in ‘tainers anywhere! Is it a seasonal shortage?

I love oysters fried, steamed, raw, Rockefeller, grilled, baked, in casseroles, or any other way. Can’t get a good oyster where I now live, though. Shame.

I love Oysters Rockefeller—Antoine’s only!
Regardless, no New Orleans visit is complete without dinner at Antoine’s!
Excellent food, gorgeous decor, classy, old world formal table service.
The establishment suffered near-total destruction in Katrina, and its iconic maître d’, Clifton Lachney, drowned in the attic of his home along with his disabled son.
Old Mr. Lachney was one of my favorite New Orleans characters. Pencil-thin mustache, seersucker suit, Panama hat.

Siriacha, Tabasco (both red and green) and Louisiana Hot Sauce—in that order.
Also, I have one called Bayou Butt Burner, with a grinning crocodile with flames shooting out his hiney, on the label.
