Maybe it’s just me but Emma Watson, were she not famous, would be considered middle of the road in a club on a saturday night. In other words, certainly not homely but also not a great beauty. Which is fine, not every actress needs to be Margot Robbie or Scarlett Johannson. But that doll sort of looks like her to me; people are just surprised to find that she’s not that hot.
Now Ginny Weasley...
Looks like her to me too. I didn’t really know who she was when I first looked at this thread (and still don’t), but this is a fairly accurate representation. This is what happens when they make a doll out of a regular looking person.
She was stunning in the Christmas winter ball scene in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Well, that happens with child actresses, because cute as a kid won’t necessarily translate to a very attractive adult.
She’s not bad looking though, but she would never have made it in Hollywood if she started auditioning at 21 instead of at 11.
Emma Watson is attractive by English standards of beauty.
Those folks are just a little “off” compared to us, who have Germanic and Nordic influence to our standard of beauty.
We’re right. they’re wrong!
It does look like her. Isn’t Beauty supposed to be played by a beauty?
